One that is a particular favourite of ours is the Seahorse Sanctuary, where you can see what seems like every shape, variety and colour of seahorse under the sun.

Established by conservation biologists Wendy and Michael Payne, the Sanctuary began by providing seahorses wholesale to pet stores, and now runs tours of the facility for holiday-makers and school groups.

The Sanctuary is open 5 days a week, and every day during school holidays, from 10 am till 4 pm. Highly recommended.
